Emma Lindley MBE appointed Non-Executive Director at Xertilox

Xertilox is pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Lindley MBE as Non-Executive Director, joining the company’s board with immediate effect. 

Emma brings more than two decades of experience in the identity and technology sector, with a career dedicated to building inclusive, trustworthy systems that balance innovation with privacy.

She is co-founder of Women in Identity, the non-profit promoting diversity and inclusion in the identity industry, and has held senior advisory roles across government and the private sector. Her work has spanned data governance, privacy, ethics, and competitive strategy, with a strong focus on ensuring identity solutions work “for all and by all.”

Recognised as one of the industry’s most influential voices, Emma has featured on the Innovate Finance Powerlist for Women in FinTech, was named among KNOW Identity’s Top 100 Leaders, and has received multiple awards including CEO of the Year at the KNOW Identity Awards. She holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, where she specialised in competitive strategy in the identity market.
